SUBMISSION DEADLINE: January 15, 2013
Anyone wishing to screen their film in conjunction with the AAG 2013 Annual Meeting should complete this form and submit to the AAG. The contact person listed below will then be notified by the AAG of the date, time, and location of the event. All film events will be held at the Westin Bonaventure, Los Angeles Marriott Downtown, or Millennium Biltmore Hotel. The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date. Space is availabe from April 7, 2013 through April 13, 2013, during non-session hours only. Submission deadline is January 15, 2013; however, the earlier space is requested, the more likely that space will be available for your program. The organizer(s) must pay the appropriate registration fee to participate in the annual meeting and will be invoiced $200 to cover the audio visual equipment costs.
